Withdrawal form

Withdraw from a contract

Rev 2026-09-12 Scope subscription payments

Use this form to withdraw from a Claypath subscription or from a single payment. You do not need to sign in, and you do not need to give a reason.

01

Who this is for

Consumers in the EU have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract for digital services within 14 days of entering into it. This form is the withdrawal function required by Article 11a of the Consumer Rights Directive. Anyone may use it, wherever they live.

The window is 14 days from the payment that started your subscription. Withdrawing returns everything you paid to enter the contract and ends the subscription the same day.

A renewal is not a new contract, so there is no withdrawing from one. If you want a renewal refunded, or the service was broken, or a paid feature was withdrawn, the refund policy covers all three and is a different route. If you only want to stop the next payment while keeping the access you have paid for, cancel from your account instead.

Defaults to the address above. Change it if you can no longer read that mailbox.

A payment date, an invoice number, the last four digits of the card. Helpful, not required.

03

What happens next

Your withdrawal takes effect when you send it, not when it is processed. Claypath confirms receipt in writing, then ends the subscription and refunds what you paid to enter it, to the card that paid it, within 14 days of receiving your declaration.

Sending this form does not by itself close the account or cancel anything, because the form does not ask you to sign in and nobody should be able to end someone else's subscription by knowing their email address. A person matches your withdrawal to the account before anything is changed.
